If today I could reach what I wanted, perhaps I would have been happy. This used to be a one liner on the tip of my tongue. Reach where? Of course reach the pinnacle of success. Acheive what I term in my dictionary, sorry to say, I do owe a limited vocabulary, the acme of success. Then one fine day, I landed in the new nomenclature of the CORPORATE LEADERSHIP class. An experience, that taught me beyond the scope of the teaching material the trainer brought. Of course it was interesting! Having worked with the biggest brands in the industry, this was yet another class! Sigh! The fake smile, the unwanted politeness, the calmness that made everybody doze off. But then .. in every such organization, there exists the term called margarinization. A term, first used by me, if used earlier, it may carry a different meaning. Ay!! this is in typical liberal thoughts, the freedom of speech. So coming to the point, margarinization, is a synonym of buttering or in a sophisticated way, flattery.
